My trip was well planned by shivani( a travel agent). She was very cooperative in our whole journey. One drawback I saw is that our hotels were booked out of the main area but hotels were quite good but in some hotels food was not up to the point. All about this was very very good. Satisfied with all the aspects of my travel from Delhi to Shimla to Manali. I think it would be better if the drivers are more informed about the places of travel also the proper information of the itinerary.
